Once the shipping label is created for your order by our carrier, you will receive an automated email with all applicable shipping information, including a tracking number.

Every sign we create is custom to you. Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. 

Signs can be made in a matter of hours or a matter of weeks, however your lead time will be based on the design you create. Don’t worry! Every customer will receive an accurate lead time before paying for their order.

Did we forget something? Let’s make it right! We will overnight ship any pieces that may have been forgotten. Correction orders will go out the following business day OR the same business day at no cost to you.
*** If you have ordered a sign that is very large and is made in more than 1 piece, please check all tracking info for multiple tracking numbers. Sometimes split shipments are delivered on two separate days.****

Similar to traditional neon, our LED signs also may have some minor imperfections. These signs are hand made and there may be some inconsistencies in the LED. There is also a potential for glue marks or scuffs appearing on your acrylic backerboard. There is a protective film that must be taken off the clear acrylic in order to adhere the LED onto it. In return, there may be light scuffs or glue spots. We assure you they will not be noticeable once the sign is on! When an item is added to your cart and submitted, you have not yet been charged! We reach out to every customer directly to ensure we fully understand your needs before you swipe your card! After reaching out, we will then send you an order approval and once approved, we will send you an invoice!

Claims are limited to the day of delivery. If a product claim is delayed past the day of the delivery, your claim will be denied. We HIGHLY encourage checking your sign for shipment damage/defects as soon as it arrives to ensure the quality of the final product. Photos and videos will be required as proof of the damaged product. In these cases, we will remake a new sign or send replacement parts if needed. Please contact our support team for any further details.
